Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Amanda Niebergall

Amanda is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who graduated from Eastern Kentucky University. She received her nursing degree from Weber State University. Her healthcare experience has included working in the Emergency Department as well as in residential treatment for youth with eating disorders.

Amanda is passionate about helping people find wellbeing in their lives. She practices from a trauma-informed lens, with an emphasis on holistic care- viewing medication management as one tool amongst many in their journey to wellness. She honors the opportunity to work with those during vulnerable times in life.

Amanda strives to integrate mind-body awareness into her practice. She believes in helping people understand their nervous systems, connect with their bodies, and in building lifelong regulation skills. She uses collaborative treatment planning and encourages youth to be active participants in their care.

Her practice is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when youth are understood and supported. Amanda is proud to be part of a team that prioritizes compassion, hope, and long-term growth for youth and their families.

While not working, Amanda enjoys spending time in nature, meditation, traveling, and baking. She enjoys connecting with her family outside: playing sports, camping, and going on walks together.
