His professional experience includes working with adolescents and families in residential and community-based behavioral health settings. When working with youth and families, Dallen strives to create a therapeutic environment that is honest, structured, and growth-oriented, while remaining compassionate and individualized to each client’s needs.
Dallen’s clinical experience includes individual therapy, crisis stabilization, family systems work, and interdisciplinary collaboration within higher levels of care.
Invested in leadership development within behavioral health systems, he values integrity, clarity in supervision practices, and maintaining high standards of care that are both clinically sound and operationally consistent.
He is passionate about building strong clinical teams and creating structured, developmentally appropriate treatment environments that balance safety, accountability, and skill development.
When he’s not working, Dallen enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, camping, fishing, four-wheeling, watching movies, physical fitness, and working his yard.
